Can't Create an Account?
Work through these in order. Most sign-up problems are one of them.
I never got the verification email
- Check your spam and junk folders.
- Check that you typed your email address correctly.
- Search your inbox for the word “verify” or “Bloqr”.
- Try signing up again with the same email. Only the newest link works.
It says my account already exists
You may already have an account. Try these:
- Sign in with GitHub or Google if you used one of them before. If the email matches, the same account opens.
- Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset your password.
The sign-up button does nothing, or I see an error
- Reload the page and try again.
- Try a private window, or turn off browser extensions for the page. Some blockers interfere with sign-in.
- Try another sign-in method, such as GitHub or Google.
I did all of that and I am still stuck
