Can't Create an Account?

Work through these in order. Most sign-up problems are one of them.

I never got the verification email

• Check your spam and junk folders.
• Check that you typed your email address correctly.
• Search your inbox for the word “verify” or “Bloqr”.
• Try signing up again with the same email. Only the newest link works.

It says my account already exists

You may already have an account. Try these:

• Sign in with GitHub or Google if you used one of them before. If the email matches, the same account opens.
• Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset your password.

The sign-up button does nothing, or I see an error

• Reload the page and try again.
• Try a private window, or turn off browser extensions for the page. Some blockers interfere with sign-in.
• Try another sign-in method, such as GitHub or Google.

I did all of that and I am still stuck

Ask in the chat on this page and say what you tried. A person can pick it up.

Tell us what you see

Include the exact error message and the sign-in method you used. Never send your password.
